Refund Policy

1. Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital goods (e-books, courses, source code), all sales are generally considered final. Once a digital product has been accessed or downloaded, we cannot revoke access, making returns impossible.

2. Exceptions

We may offer refunds at our sole discretion in the following circumstances:

  • The digital file is corrupted and we are unable to provide a working replacement.
  • You made a duplicate purchase by mistake (please contact us within 48 hours).

3. Requesting a Refund

If you believe you qualify for a refund under the exceptions listed above, please contact us at islamuddin3725@gmail.com with your order details and a clear explanation of the issue.

4. Processing

If a refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain amount of days.
